How your order is routed

You don’t choose a kitchen. When you order for delivery, we route it automatically to the one best placed to fulfil it based on your address, so you always get the shortest practical journey. If you’d rather collect, choose pickup at checkout and you pick the branch yourself.

Delivery fees and minimums

Both the delivery fee and the minimum order depend on where you are — each kitchen covers a nearer and a wider area, and they are priced differently. Your fee and minimum are shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.

The delivery estimate for your address is shown at the same time. It reflects the distance involved and how busy the kitchen is at that moment.

Do you deliver everywhere in Dubai?
No — we deliver across selected areas served by our kitchens. Enter your address on the menu and we will tell you immediately whether we reach you.
How do I know if my area is covered?
Use the address check on the menu. Because coverage depends on the exact address, two homes in the same neighbourhood can get different answers.
Which kitchen will make my order?
Whichever is best placed for your address. It is chosen automatically and shown to you before you order.
Do delivery charges vary?
Yes, by where you are. Each kitchen covers a nearer and a wider area, priced differently, and the minimum order can differ too. Your fee and minimum are always shown before you pay.
Do you deliver to offices?
Yes, to offices and commercial buildings inside our delivery areas. Please add the floor, company name and any reception instructions to your address so the driver can find you.
Do you deliver to hotels and residential towers?
Yes, where building access allows. Some towers require drivers to hand over at reception rather than come to the door.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and select your branch — see Kitchens & Branches for locations and hours.
