About this dish
Blini with red caviar and sour cream is the classic Russian celebration bite: a soft crêpe, a cool spoonful of sour cream and the salty pop of salmon roe. It is what appears on the table at New Year, and through Maslenitsa, the week of blini at the end of winter.
