How it works
- 1 sushka = 1 AED. No mental arithmetic, no conversion rate to look up.
- Sushki spend on anything. You can put them towards up to 100% of an order — a whole meal, free, if you have the balance.
- Earning is automatic. Every order placed on your Pechka account earns, from the very first one. No separate rewards sign-up, no membership fee, no card to carry.
- Earn or spend, not both on one order. An order you pay for with sushki does not also earn sushki.
The tiers
Your tier is worked out from what you have spent and how many orders you have placed over the last six months, and it sets your cashback rate. It is reviewed continuously, so you can move up as soon as you qualify.

Because the window rolls, a tier can be lost as well as gained: if your last six months fall below the threshold, you move down. You can see your tier and exactly what is left to reach the next one in your account.
What earns sushki
Sushki are calculated on the food in your order — not the delivery fee, and not any tip you leave. Dine-in, delivery and pickup all earn at your tier rate.
What does not earn
- Orders you pay for with sushki, store credit or a gift card.
- Orders using a promo code or a discount.
- Orders placed through Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Keeta, Instashop or Noon — those are the platform’s orders, not ours, so we cannot see your Pechka account.
Free delivery on orders over AED 130 is not a discount for this purpose — you still earn your full cashback on those.
Caviar
Caviar earns a flat 3% at every tier rather than your usual rate, because the margin does not support more. That applies when you order through us — on this site, in the app, or paying from your table in the cafe.
When you are new
- 10% off your first order. Applied automatically at checkout when you order for the first time.
- An AED 15 voucher after that first order. Usable on any order over AED 80, valid for 14 days.
- Cashback on your third order, backdated. We add the sushki your earlier orders would have earned. They are valid for 30 days.
Something extra on a big order
Spend over AED 300 on food and we add a complimentary cake slice. It is chosen for you from a small selection rather than picked from the menu, and it depends on what the kitchen has that day — so if everything is sold out, the order simply comes without one.
Sushki expiry
Sushki expire six months after you earn them, and the oldest are always spent first, so ordering regularly keeps them alive. We email you before anything is about to expire, and your balance and what is expiring soon are both shown in your account.
Good to know
- Delivery orders have a minimum of AED 50. Pickup has no minimum.
- Ordering at the cafe counter still counts towards your tier, as long as we can match the phone number on your account.
- Sushki belong to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
- Special pre-order menus — festive collections and the like — can have their own rules, which are shown on the menu itself.
- We may adjust sushki or membership where activity looks like misuse, and may change the programme. Material changes will be published here.
- You can keep your rewards card in Apple Wallet on an iPhone. Adding it is optional and changes nothing about how the programme works.
